Dr. Marcy is the Founder and Executive Director of Integrative Arts Creations, Inc. (IAC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming communities through arts integration. IAC uses the fine and performing arts as integrative tools to foster artistic, academic, social, emotional, and creative growth, while providing meaningful learning, leadership, wellness, and intergenerational opportunities for youth, adults, and seniors.
